We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must include your order number and reason for return when contacting us.

Return Method & Shipping Labels

  • Mail-in Returns Only
    You’ll receive specific return instructions once your return request is approved.

Shipping Costs:

  • Defective or Wrong Items: We will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Customer Remorse (e.g., change of mind): You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Fees

  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (if any).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the desired product.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.

Order Cancellations

If your order is canceled due to product unavailability or another reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
